What brands of birth control pills do you recommend?

I am needing to start on birth control (I’m getting married in February). I am needing some recommendations on birth control pill brands. Any suggestions? And can you give pros and cons of those that you do?

I’ve taken Tricyclen Lo and Seasonale. Tricyclen is great for regulating periods, for a while at least, mine stopped working after a while, and my periods would start early and last for longer. So, my doctor prescribed a stronger dosage birth control, Seasonale. I’ve been on it for two months, and so far have had no problems. Seasonale allows you to only have four periods a year. I was told to expect spotting, but so far, I just haven’t had my period since September. The only side effect was low libido, but that went away after the first two weeks.
